The National Association for Business Resources has teamed up with many successful and respected business professionals to bring the leading business practices to you.  Through a series of self-study and/or networking opportunities, members are exposed to Best Business Practices for the business owner who wants to excel in the marketplace.

How will this be achieved?

The curriculum is a combination of self-study and networking sessions, worksheets, audio tapes and videos. The networking sessions will include opportunities to share and receive feedback from your peers and experts in the management areas you are studying and how it relates to your business.

What will I gain from attending the Management Impact Institute?

1. The end result is to create your company's own complete, dynamic, and focused Strategic Business Plan.  This plan will cover all aspects of your business to help 'take it to the next level', and can be revised on a bi-annual basis.

2. You'll gain confidence in obtaining new skills for decision making.

3. You will network with peers and gain continued support from the group in your pursuit for advancement in the marketplace. 

4. Graduates of the program will be "Best Business Practices Certified" for two years.  To renew your credentials you will be required to attend the final Capstone Strategic Course every two years to update your Strategic Business Plan.


How will my company benefit from my participation?

You will ultimately develop a strategic Business Plan that will help to outline and accomplish your business goals.  A dynamic and focused Strategic Business Plan will move your business forward and keep it competitive in the years to come.  Participants of Management IMPACT Institute that continue with the program will get assistance in implementing and revising the Strategic Business Plan on a bi-yearly basis.

The only thing left is for you to work your plan! And, if you choose, we'll help you with that too..creating some point of accountability along the way.
