Summary Plan Description (SPD)
Is your Business compliant?
As a member your are eligible for free Summary Plan Descriptions, a $1,500 value, for your company's Healthcare, Long Term Disability, Short Term Disability, Life Insurance, Dental, or AD&D benefit programs.  As of January 1, 2003 it is mandatory that all businesses with 2 or more employees have an SPD for each of their benefit plans.  To obtain your SPD's, please contact our office at 1-866-321-1822 and we will send you the necessary paperwork to get your Summary Plan Description started.
