Jeremy Edelson is a partner at Laner Muchin in Chicago. Jeremy’s practice involves counseling and defending employers with regard to numerous state and federal labor and employment laws, including Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and the Family and Medical Leave Act. In addition, Jeremy drafts and reviews employee handbooks and personnel policies, trains employers on discrimination and harassment matters and represents employers in collective bargaining and before administrative agencies such as the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Illinois Department of Human Rights, the Illinois Department of Labor, and the National Labor Relations Board.
