Julie Lowenthal is a Program and Advocacy Specialist at the Area Agency on Aging 1-B, with expertise in caregiver program development and advocacy. She has a strong background in public health social work, particularly in aging services, and is dedicated to expanding caregiver support initiatives like the Caregiver Respite Voucher Program. Julie’s work focuses on advancing policies and resources that ensure caregivers and seniors have access to innovative, community-driven solutions. Additionally, she is a Health and Aging Policy Fellow, where she is enhancing her skills in policy development and analysis, working to strengthen systems that support aging populations. Julie is committed to improving the quality of life for seniors and caregivers through both her direct work and policy advocacy.
