People & Talent
Did you know that most of the predictors of employee success are related to culture? Interpersonal dynamics like having a friend at work, trusting your managers, and understanding how your work impacts your colleagues are all critical components of healthy engagement and retention.
So how can you infuse more opportunities for engagement and connection into the day-to-day work experience?
This session will share strategies to foster an environment where employees make friends, feel mutual trust and respect, and stay motivated to perform their best, including:
- Incorporating games into employee onboarding.
- Making meetings more interactive and inclusive.
- Creating opportunities for playful collaboration
