    Complete the online nomination form and select the programs you would like to participate in or schedule a call with a Best and Brightest Representative to review all your options and community benefits.

  • Portal Access

    You will receive an email and phone call from a Best and Brightest Representative along with instructions on how to log into your companies portal. Inside the portal you can view timeline deadlines, add program nominations, submit materials and monitor your progress.

  • Employee Surveys

    Complete your applicable programs surveys, participant rosters and monitor response rates.

  • Evaluation

    Once surveys are completed, responses will undergo analysis and scoring. Following this process companies will be informed of their results and essential data reports will be provided.

  • Celebration
