History Spouses Bob and Vicki Genord started Foundation Systems of Michigan out of their home when they noticed a gap in the service being provided in the area. They focused on educating the customer on the issues with their home and the methods for repair. In 2020, FSM partnered with Groundworks, the nation’s leading and fastest-growing foundation and water management solutions company and immediately expanded their service coverage. FSM is a A+ BBB accredited business and was honored with the Angi Super Service Award in 2021. Their expertise in the industry has helped them repair thousands of homes across the state.
