Founded in 1999 on the principle that the greatest force for change is a job, Southwest Michigan First is an organization of privately funded economic development advisors who act as the catalyst for economic growth in Southwest Michigan. Our team is passionate about our mission that “the greatest for for change is a job.” How we go about it is different than most as we’ve been called problem solvers, change agents, people connectors, business advocates and leadership developers.
