Keynote Speaker

Jeff Salzenstein

Jeff Salzenstein is a former top 100 world-ranked tennis player, two-time Stanford All-American, NCAA Champion, and team captain turned leadership speaker, performance advisor, and coach. He competed for over a decade on the world’s biggest stages, including the US Open, Wimbledon, and the French Open, and trained alongside legends like Roger Federer, Andy Roddick, and Pete Sampras. After overcoming two career-threatening injuries, he became the oldest American to crack the top 100 for the first time at age 30.

His work expanded beyond the court when he helped his younger brother, Erik, rebuild his life after addiction, mental health struggles, and prison. That experience showed Jeff that the same principles that rebuild a life can elevate a leader.

Today, Jeff blends performance psychology, neuroscience-backed strategies, and inspirational storytelling to help leaders, teams, and organizations handle more pressure without breaking down, recover faster, build resilience, and strengthen culture.

    Start the summit after hours at the Henry Ford Museum of American Innovation, with the doors closed to the public and the galleries open to you. Walk past the bus where Rosa Parks refused to give up her seat, the chair Abraham Lincoln sat in at Ford’s Theatre, and a lineup of presidential limousines that includes John F. Kennedy’s. Step inside Buckminster Fuller’s Dymaxion House, and see more than a century of American ingenuity along the way.

    Enjoy strolling food and drinks as you move through the galleries and network with fellow attendees from across the country. The evening also includes a short awards recognition honoring this year’s recipients. Casual business attire is recommended.
