40 years of COBRA!

Program Overview

Over its 40 year history, COBRA’s core legal requirements have remained largely consistent, with only modest statutory updates. However, the way organizations administer COBRA has changed dramatically.

Participants will learn:

  • How COBRA administration has evolved from manual, paper-driven workflows to today’s sophisticated, technology enabled processes.
  • Key compliance responsibilities that have remained constant—and how employer practices have shifted to meet them more efficiently.
  • The impact of automation on areas such as notice delivery, premium collection, data management, and compliance tracking.
  • Emerging workforce and regulatory trends shaping COBRA administration today.

Join us for an engaging discussion reflecting on four decades of COBRA compliance and the operational advancements that continue to transform it!
