People & Talent
For today’s employees, compensation alone isn’t enough. They want to work in environments where the culture reflects their values and connects them to a greater sense of purpose. Workplace generosity—through philanthropy, community impact, and service—has become a defining feature of employer culture, and one of the most powerful ways to attract and retain top talent. When recruiters highlight generosity as part of the organization’s DNA, they not only strengthen the employer brand but also connect associates and communities in meaningful ways. In this session, we’ll explore how to make workplace generosity an authentic part of your recruitment story and a cornerstone of a culture that keeps employees satisfied, engaged, and committed long term.
Learning Objectives:
- Understand the link between culture, generosity, and retention—why employees are more loyal to organizations that integrate purpose into everyday practice.
- Explore how workplace generosity reinforces a sense of calling by connecting their professional work with meaningful impact in the community.
- Develop recruitment strategies that authentically communicate generosity as part of culture—positioning your organization as a purpose-driven employer of choice.
