People & Talent
With up to five generations working side by side, organizations often focus on generational differences and miss what truly drives engagement. This session challenges common generational myths and reframes workplace needs through shared human fundamentals: clarity, growth, purpose, and belonging. Participants will explore practical strategies to strengthen collaboration, reduce friction, and improve engagement across age groups without stereotyping or oversimplifying differences.
Learning Outcomes
At the end of this session, participants will be able to:
- Differentiating between generational stereotypes and shared employee needs to improve communication, collaboration, and inclusion across age groups.
- Identify core drivers of engagement and motivation that apply across generations, including clarity, growth, purpose, and belonging.
Apply practical leadership and HR strategies that strengthen trust, engagement, and retention in multi-generational teams.
